  • I prefer not to use the 'cry it out' method. I believe that crying is a natural way for your child to communicate, especially when they haven't developed speech skills yet. My approach aims to minimize crying by providing attentive care and reassurance. As a parent or primary caregiver, you will always be present in the room to support your child and offer them the comfort of knowing they are not alone.

  • A lot of changes occur in a child's sleep between the ages of 4-4.5 months; therefore, I recommend focusing on independent sleep after 5 months.

    Before the child reaching 5 months, my Newborn program will help parents establish the right foundation to ensure a smooth transition to independent sleep.

  • Yes, you can continue room sharing. Depending on your child's temperament, you might need to temporarily move out of the room for a few days if possible, and then you can resume room sharing.

    Every child and family is unique, and in my program, I tailor solutions to your individual situation

  • If your goal is for your child to sleep independently, then the crib is the safest place to achieve that. However, if co-sleeping/bed sharing works for you and your family, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and you can continue to do so. You can still enhance your child's quality of sleep while continuing to co-sleep/bedshare. However, complete independent sleep is not possible while sharing the same bed.

  • Yes, you can continue to co-sleep/bedshare in the programme if that works well for you and your child. While we cannot attain full independent sleep, we can still ensure that your child and you have a restful night without multiple wakings.

  • Yes, absolutely! As long as your baby is well-fed (exclusively or in combination), that is all that matters.

  • Yes, at the end of the programme, I will provide you with a "go forward" plan outlining what to expect at various ages and milestones.

  • We offer a one-time, 40-minute consultation call on a chargeable basis. You can schedule this call by clicking on the following link: One time call link

    This call is designed to address your specific concerns and provide guidance tailored to your needs.

    The other alternate is enrolling in a 21 day programme for returning clients which is offered at a discounted price.

  • The programmes are conducted online via video and voice calls. At this point, I am unable to conduct any home visits.

  • Refunds (e.g., for a change of mind) requested within 48 hours of purchase will be honored if no services have yet been rendered at that time.

    If you have a change of mind during phase 1 of the programme, then 40% of the total amount paid will be refunded. Post Phase 1, no refunds will be provided.
